
You realise for sure unique situations in life or business when specific parties did benefit from made decisions. On first view the decisions made may look random, but it’s often the opposite.
The last months and years opened my eyes regarding such situations, including my personal life. Therefore, I am asking myself within each situation, to whom is a made decision or deal or agreement a benefit? Or in two words: cui bono!
If you look at the previous year as an example there were industries and companies which did benefit from the lockdown. The pharmacy industry and e-commerce belong to the biggest winners. It’s already common to see mainly commercials for pharmacy products in the US media and now it’s also starting to become that way in Europe.

Let’s go back to the main point of this article, there is a soft line between lobbyism and corruption at making deals and at least one party does benefit from. All of us have seen such situations within our lives, and what’s interesting is that it also affects our private life. Some decisions look weird in the first view, so take your time and look at it a second time.
The intention of my shout out is that it’s good to review agreements from a neutral point, even if you would be the favoured party. And then it’s about yourself how you classify it, was it a kosher deal or not?! Someone does benefit from it 100%.
